Shipping Policy
New Andymation orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.  You will receive an automatic email notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If your order arrives damaged or not as described, Andymation will cover the shipping costs to replace the damaged or incorrect item. If a return is due to the customer changing their mind, then the customer is responsible for the return
shipping costs.

Return Policy
Andymation's products are made to inspire your creativity and make you happy, and we back that up with our return policy. If you find that any component of your product is damaged or defective, just contact us within 30 days and we will happily replace the damaged component for you. If you simply change your mind, you can return your unopened items in new condition within 30 days for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs in such cases. Andymation's Light Pad is covered by a 90 day warranty against major manufacturer defects.
